Inter-Power

Inter-Power is a manufacturer of induction heating equipment for forge heating, heat treating, brazing and other miscellaneous heating applications. Inter-Power has a full range of power supplies from 180 Hz to 400 kHz with outputs from 5 kW to 4 mW. Their Sign-Link Coil Signature Monitors provide the ultimate in quality control of the heating process. They also manufacture their own coils that match to the power supplies and can make coils for any application that will match to all their competitors’ power supplies. Inter-Power makes associated material handling equipment for fully automated induction heating systems.

Aichelin manufactures a variety of conventional high production fully automated heat treat furnaces. Included in their product line are batch integral quench furnaces lines, roller hearth furnaces, cast link belt furnaces, rotary hearth furnaces, pusher furnaces, and car bottom furnaces.

AVS FURNACES INC.

AVS makes a variety of batch vacuum furnaces that include high pressure gas quenching, oil quenching or slow cooling. The furnaces can be front loaded, top loaded or bottom loaded. High operating temperatures up to 3000°C are available. AVS also makes sinterhip furnaces, vacuum melting and precision casting furnaces, and CVD units. L & L Special Furnace Company

L&L Special Furnace Co , Inc. designs and builds high temperature furnaces, ovens, kilns, quench tanks and heat treating systems. They specialize in batch production furnaces and ovens particularly applications requiring high uniformity and controlled atmosphere. Many are used in tool rooms. The furnaces are used for high temperature tool room and laboratory applications. Other applications include production heat treating of medium productivity requirements. Examples are dual chamber batch furnaces, integral quench furnaces, car bottom furnaces, Pit furnaces, vertical furnaces, and small belt furnaces. HTF is primarily a custom furnace manufacturer that designs and builds furnaces for specific applications. Thermal Care manufactures variety of cooling systems for individual machines or complete factories. They make a wide range of chillers, cooling towers, pump/reservoir systems, and temperature controllers. Their systems can be portable or permanent installations.
